GLIMPSES 52 PROJECT
Sometimes we get so busy as photographers documenting other people’s lives that we neglect to document the details of our own lives. Chic Critique is hosting a 52 project (with benefits!) to help motivate all of our forum members to capture and share “glimpses” of your life in 2012.
Introducing…
SWEET BENEFITS:
- You’ll earn a leather album at the end of 2012 to showcase your “glimpses” images in if you post one image per week at least 40 times out of the 52 weeks
- You’ll have personal images to share on your own blog which helps your readers really connect with you
- Get noticed! Your weekly image will be featured as a thumbnail on our blog every Saturday (after you submit your permalink to the frog icon). Your “glimpses” thumbnail will link back to your own blog for lots of publicity and SEO lovin’!
- Get published! One of your images might be selected to be featured in one of our quarterly magazines (coming soon!) or included in our “glimpses 52 project” board on Pinterest
- Motivation to document the details each week of your own life in 2012 giving you enough images to fill an entire keepsake album
- It’s easier than scrapbooking-ha!
HOW THE “GLIMPSES” 52 PROJECT WORKS:
You must be a member of Chic Critique Forum to participate in “glimpses”
- Photograph a glimpse from your life each week. We love images to be perfectly imperfect!
- Post your “glimpse” image(s) on your own blog each week with a link back to Chic Critique. Your submission will be deleted if you don’t include a link back to Chic Critique in your blog post.
- Every weekend, submit your permalink (not your main blog address) from your own blog post to the frog icon (see sample below) in our weekly Saturday “glimpses” blog post. Your “glimpse” image will then show up as a thumbnail on OUR blog and allow our readers to click on your image to check out YOUR blog.
