Amber Scruggs is one of the nations leading newborn photographers. She photographs over 100 a year out of her studio in Old Town Leesburg, Virginia and specializes in classic and clean portraiture. Called by many a “baby whisperer”, Amber also teaches other photographers the art and business of Newborn Photography. Her work has been featured on The Maternal Lens, Blogs of Photogs, Learn Shoot Inspire and Rock the Shot.
